Do you want to grow your BOOTY?

I often get asked what are the best exercises to grow your glutes, these are my tips:


  1. Lift Heavy - The weight you see in our videos are purely for demonstration purposes. Aim for 8 - 12 reps with a weight that challenges you.


  1. EAT, EAT, EAT - If your are struggling to put on size you need to eat in surplus (you need to fuel & feed your muscles to grow). I have come across a lot of clients who severely under eat thinking that will help them each there goals faster 👎🏼.

  2. VARIETY - You need to hit your glutes from all different angles, exercises and rep range (think shotgun approach).

  3. FREQUENCY - If you are serious about growing your glutes aim to work them at least 2-3 times per week.

  4. RECOVERY - Need to allow adequate rest between workouts, to give your muscles time to recover & rebuild (this also includes a good nights sleep).

  5. REDUCE CARDIO - Excessive cardio can actually work against your goals, as you may burn fat & muscle. If you need to add cardio no more than 2 x 20 min sessions per week.
