Most females drastically underestimate themselves when it comes to lifting weights and don’t realise what they are capable of. They stay clear of the weights area and stick to light dumbbells and banded workouts because they don’t want to get “bulky or lack femininity”. What you don’t realise is that you are absolute bosses when it comes to lifting weights.



Your bodies recover much quicker than men so you can; • Handle more training volume • Frequently do more big lifts • Hit the same body part 3-4 times per week

I love training females because they leave their ego at the door, they want to learn and continuously push themselves. They generally have greater mobility making it easier to execute those big lifts and are more opened minded when it comes to programing.

The BBM Method is all about getting females strong at squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts and hitting new PB while at the same time building a STRONG BODY.
