Probably one of the most popular body part that females love to work out and for very good reason. Done right, it helps target the problem areas that most females face and helps create those strong curves.



A lot of females miss the mark as the bulk of their program is just made up of banded, finisher type exercises they have seen on social media. They fail to understand in order to grow the glutes they need to; •Lift heavy – get strong in squats, deadlifts and hip thrusts. •EAT, EAT, EAT - avoid drastically cutting calories or live in calorie deficit for too long. •Add variety – hit the glutes from all different angles, exercises and rep ranges. •Frequency – aim to work them at least 2-3 times per week.
