STRONG MIND

Updated: Apr 8, 2019

Social media has created insecurities, self-doubt and body image issues because we are consistently seeing people at their best, and not at their worst. What some “fitness influencers” are not showing is the failures that occur behind the wins.

Don’t forget, a lot of these influencers full time job is to work out and look good, they have coaches upon coaches, and for those who lack any real education are backed by an amazing marketing team. They know the perfect angles, best lighting and worst of all go Photoshop crazy.

Stop comparing yourselves against these people, stop looking for quick fixes, stop classifying food either good, bad or clean. Stop rewarding yourself with cheat meals, and start focusing on why you started YOUR fitness journey and what you can do to reach YOUR goals.

You might fail sometimes, have a binge night or weekend, miss workouts and sometimes feel like not working out that is totally normal, we’re only human and life must be lived. One day of overeating or missing training doesn’t undo all your hard work. Don’t dwell on it just start fresh the next day.

BootyByMe is all about creating a positive mindset teaching people how to learn from their mistakes and create better relationship with food and most importantly themselves.
