Completing the BBM program was a challenging, enjoyable and fun process. It provided me with motivation to go to the gym and train a minimum of 3 days a week so that I did all the work outs a part of the program. I made it a goal to complete the program, so on days I felt lazy I would push myself. The exercises were clearly explained and definitely made me feel the burn. Week by week I saw improvements - the amount of weight I did on machines, my form and of course my body as a whole. I highly recommend using the Ebook. It also has a lot of valuable information about food and other great tips and facts. Give it a try - you definitely won’t regret it 🍑
